Northamptonshire County Cricket Club are delighted to announce a brand-new partnership with global power company Cummins.
The American multinational corporation have joined the Club as an official partner, sponsoring the Northamptonshire Women’s team and becoming Principal Steelbacks in the Community Partner.
As an industry leader, Cummins join Northamptonshire at a key time – also striving to be at the top of their game, during one of the most commercially successful seasons in the Club’s history.
As the official sponsor of Northamptonshire Women’s team, the Cummins branding will be proudly worn on the collar, back and sleeve of the Women’s playing kit and on the front of the training kit. This contributes to Cummins’ ‘Women’s Empowerment Network’ an initiative that ensures they empower Women through equity and inclusion.

“Through our Cummins Womens Empowerment Network we will work together as partners to advance equity and inclusion for women through empowerment and advocacy for equal representation”.
As Principal Steelbacks in the Community sponsor, Cummins will also be ensuring they empower everyone in the local community to have the opportunity to get involved in cricket. Cummins will be engaging the community by running cricket activations to connect with supporters.
Cummins also become the latest major company to join the 1878 Business Club, becoming a part of the longest list of local and national partners the Club has ever had.

Cummins will also be the match sponsor for our Community Day fixture vs Essex on August 7th – helping to make it one of the most exciting match days across the summer.
