Northamptonshire County Cricket Club is pleased to welcome Wellingborough School as an official partner of the Club.
Founded in 1595, Wellingborough School has a deep and rich cricket history, currently fielding over 25 teams during the summer term for both boys and girls throughout the school.
“We are delighted to build this relationship with Northamptonshire County Cricket Club”, said Andrew Holman, Headmaster at Wellingborough School.
“Our school has a long history within cricket and so it is great to develop our relationship with NCCC and we are excited to see where it takes us”.
The new partnership will see Wellingborough School’s branding around The County Ground from the 2022 season as well as them joining the 1878 Business Club to network with other partners of NCCC.
“I’m really pleased to welcome Wellingborough School on board as an official partner, as well as to our 1878 Business Club”, said Northamptonshire County Cricket Club Commercial Manager, Daniel Vernon.
“The School has a lot of history in the County and has provided a great education to some local cricketers including our own James Sales, and so it is brilliant to make the relationship official”.
