Supporters with eTickets should contact firstname.lastname@example.org with their order details.
The County Ground is now a cashless venue so all purchases will need to be made via card. Where possible, please try and use contactless payments.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks only can be brought into the ground. No glass packaging or cans please. We do operate a search policy and if these items are found in your possession, unfortunately we will have to confiscate them. You may however return these items to your car.
Under current guidance, scorecards and other handouts are unfortunately not available at this time.
There is no allocated seating at the Ground, so disabled guests are welcome to sit anywhere.
For members, there are specific spots within the Spencer Stand where wheelchair users can go.
There are four access points into the Ground for wheelchair users, plus there are various disabled car parking spaces in both the Abington Avenue and Wantage Road car parks, upon the presentation of a blue badge.
Disabled toilet facilities are based at various points around the Ground.
