An unbeaten 145 from Arush Buchake sealed an impressive eight-wicket victory on the final day for Northamptonshire 2XI over Leicestershire 2XI.
Buchake struck 19 boundaries on his way to 145 from 173 deliveries, including a six to get to triple figures.
The final day started with Leicestershire 178/5 after Rob Keogh took 5 wickets on Day 3.
Ten overs into the day and Michael Finan picked up the first wicket with a beautiful delivery that clipped the top of off and dismissed Tarling for 44.
Walker put on some runs for Leicestershire, scoring 59 before Finan got his second with the batter chipping one straight to Alex Russell at mid wicket.
Finan continued his impressive start to the day, taking two wickets in two balls in his next over. The left armer bowled trapped McLoughlin in front then brilliantly bowled Salisbury the following delivery.
A wicket from Alex Russell finished off the innings and Leicestershire set the 2XI 259 for victory.
It was an excellent start for the George Hargrave and Arush Buchake as the pair sailing through to tea without losing a wicket and both brining up their half century. Hargrave hit five 4s for an 88 ball half century while Buchake was the more aggressive of the two, striking nine 4s for a 67 ball 50.
Hargrave fell however shortly after tea for 55 after an opening stand with Buchake of 136. Justin Broad was in at 3 and put on a partnership of 62 but Broad was dismissed for a run a ball 34 in the 45th over.
Buchake brought up his century in style, hitting a huge six onto the leg side and bringing Northamptonshire closer to victory.
Buchake accelerated the scoring and ten overs later the 2XI secured an impressive eight wicket to make it 2 wins out of 2 for the side.
