The Club have upgraded our ticketing system which will alter the way you use your Lifetime Season Ticket in 2023 and future seasons.

Your existing Lifetime Season Ticket card will no longer work and will need to be replaced.

Moving forward you will receive a new card ahead of each season in line with other annual Season Ticket types. The inclusions of your Lifetime Season Ticket have not changed and will be reflected on your new card.

In addition, each year you will also receive a digital version of your card which shares the same unique QR code and can be used interchangeably with the physical card. This digital card can be scanned from your mobile phone at the gate or you can scan your physical card.

The new system provides more options for Season Ticket Holders and will ensure a quicker entry to the ground for all supporters. If you have any questions around the change, please contact info@nccc.co.uk or call the Ticket Office during opening hours and the team will be happy to assist.

It’s important we hold complete and up to date personal details and that these are associated with your Lifetime Season Ticket.

It is particularly important we have valid contact information, including an email address and phone number.

Email is the Club’s primary method of providing vital updates relevant to your Lifetime Season Ticket, including any changes to fixtures, so we ask that all supporters have an active email address associated with their account.
