Now that a return to cricket is rapidly approaching, we’re putting the future of your 2020 Season Ticket squarly in your hands. We understand that everyone’s situation is different and have tried to provide an option that will empower everyone to make a decision best suited to them.
Below are the four options available to all Season Ticket Holders. All you need to do is choose which feels best for you and fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
To help us process everything, we’re asking that you let us know your choice before the 30th of September. If we haven’t heard from you before then we’ll automatically roll your season ticket over to 2021.
If you’re unsure which option is best for you or would like some more information, please fill out the form and choose the ‘I have a question’ option. We’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
We still haven’t given up hope of being able to welcome small crowds back to The County Ground towards the end of the summer and we want to remind you that all of our Season Ticket Holders will receive priority access to these tickets, providing they do not refund more than 50% of their total season ticket value (excludes Vitality Blast season ticket holders).
If we are able to have crowds, the ground might look a little different too, so please be aware that the Spencer Pavilion and Ken Turner stands will remain closed.
Season Ticket holders who have a Car Park Pass or multiple season tickets on their account can please send us preferred options for each individual element in the comment section of our form below.
Season Ticket Holders wishing to donate, rollover or refund, part of their 2020 season ticket need to let us know the exact amounts in the comment section of our form below.
