Northamptonshire Steelbacks host Somerset at the cinch County Ground tomorrow for our annual Briggs and Forrester Family Day.
Thanks to Briggs and Forrester, all adult tickets are £5 and U18’s go free! Tickets can be purchased here or on the gate tomorrow.
After defeat on Friday, the Steelbacks sit 8th in Group A of the One Day Cup, whereas Somerset are 5th, four points off third and in the mix for qualification.
Matchday information:
Gates open at 10am, with the toss at 10:30am and play starting at the cinch County Ground at 11am tomorrow.
The end of innings interval is scheduled for around 2:30pm, but that is dependent on the outcome of the first innings. Play is expected to finish at around 6:30pm.
At the innings break, supporters will be encouraged to enter the outfield to play some kwick cricket. The T20 Vitality Blast trophy will also be on display on the outfield, for anyone wanting to have their picture taken.
Our FanZone will also be open tomorrow. There will be face painting, a speed tunnel and a bouncy castle.
In addition, there will be plenty of concessions around the ground with Rocky’s Gelato, Go Greek, Yumas Burger, Mem Saab and Nuts For Your Coffee all in attendance.

It’s an unchanged 13-man squad from Friday’s game against Notts Outlaws. Aadi Sharma and Ricardo Vasconcelos are both still out injured.

Why they can win the competition: Despite losing their usual high quota of players to The Hundred, Somerset will be able to call on a relatively experienced bowling attack including Jake Ball and Josh Shaw, supported by young left-armer Alfie Ogborne and spinner Jack Leach.
Player to watch: Archie Vaughan has shown promise for Somerset in the Rothesay County Championship without securing a regular place in the batting order. This competition offers an ideal chance for the talented all-rounder to build some confidence.
Young gun: Ben Church may be an unfamiliar name to Somerset supporters. But, with five wicketkeepers absent because of injury or call-ups to The Hundred, the 18-year-old Academy top-order batter and gloveman, from Bath, could be called upon for his senior debut.
Final thought: With their T20 big-hitters having been snapped up for The Hundred, Somerset will need to rely on steady accumulators like Archie Vaughan and Lewis Goldsworthy to be the backbone of what is sure to be youthful batting line-up.
