Head coach David Ripley has announced a 14-man Steelbacks squad for this evening’s Vitality Blast trip to Worcester.
After three games in five days the Steelbacks have had five days of preparation and recovery ahead of the game at New Road against the Rapids.
Scotland captain Kyle Coetzer, Saif Zaib and Nathan Buck have been added to the 11 players who faced Lancashire Lightning at Old Trafford last Sunday.
“We have lost the first three games before and qualified so we know it can be done but obviously the longer we leave it to get on the board, the harder it’s going to be,” Ripley said in Manchester.
“It’s getting tougher to keep saying we can bounce back but I do believe we have a squad that can go and win five or six on the bounce, but we need to start sooner rather than later.”
Play at New Road starts at 5:30pm with live coverage on BBC Radio Northampton.
