Head Coach John Sadler has named a 13-man for the Club’s sixth LV= Insurance County Championship fixture.
Ben Sanderson and Tom Taylor return to the squad after missing the previous fixture against Warwickshire to assist with managing bowlers workloads.
Overseas batsman Will Young has linked up with the New Zealand squad ahead of their test series against England.
Northamptonshire come into the fixture in eighth position on the Division One table after a high scoring draw at Edgbaston saw the county walk away with 14 points. Kent sit in ninth with two losses and three draws so far in 2022.
