Ahead of the 2026 season getting underway, Northamptonshire County Cricket Club supporters were invited to The County Ground on both the men’s and women’s Media Days to take part in an innovative and unique kit launch experience. Attendees also enjoyed exclusive, behind the scenes access to the two days.
Sixteen competition winners attended The County Ground and enjoyed a first view of the brand new playing kit as well as meeting players and participating in the official kit launch photos.
Supporters and players appeared in men’s and women’s kit across formats and had photographs taken alongside Northamptonshire players in the photoshoot. These images can be seen on the Club’s social media pages.
Additionally, attendees of the event spectated the official squad photos for 2026, witnessing and speaking with players and staff throughout the day. There was also an opportunity for supporters to have individual photos taken in the new kits.
The Club are delighted to hear that the fans had such an enjoyable day. Attending supporters spoke after the event and said:

“Can I pass on thanks from myself and Acer who had an amazing morning. We both enjoyed meeting the players and watching events unfold.”
It was fantastic to see a wide range of demographic attend and enjoy the experience, with lifelong supporters and friends coming together with the Club’s newer generation of supporters as part of this unique event.
