Helen Pack has taken up a new role with the board of Northamptonshire County Cricket Club.
Helen brings a wealth of experience working for the England and Wales Cricket Board as Regional Development Manager, Network Operations Manager and National Growth Manager for Women and Girls before leaving ECB earlier this year.
“I’m delighted to welcome Helen to work with the directors of the club,” said chairman Gavin Warren.
“Helen’s expertise and skill-set are of the highest order. She will certainly help us implement our strategy for women’s and girls’ cricket.”
In addition to her long involvement with the ECB’s development programmes she was also an active player for many years, including for MCC Women, Meir Heath in the Midlands Women’s League and more recently the Thrapston Women’s team in Northamptonshire.
