International cricket returns to The County Ground in September as England Women take on Sri Lanka Women in the second of three ODIs.
Following the confirmation of the women’s cricket tournament at the 2023 Asian Games, the England & Wales Cricket Board have mutually agreed to a schedule change to the England Women’s white-ball home series against Sri Lanka planned for September.
The series will commence with three Vitality IT20s on Thursday 31 August at The 1stCentral County Ground, Hove. The three-match ODI series will commence at the Seat Unique Riverside, Chester-le-Street, Durham, on Saturday 9 September.
Wantage Road will host the second ODI on Tuesday 12 September.
