David Ripley is heading up a new initiative in Luton to tap into a huge interest in cricket among Asian communities, in the neighboring counties to Northamptonshire, and ensure that there are sufficient pathways to professional cricket in these areas.

Ripley is heading up the revolutionary sixth-form programme, as well as a second in Peterborough, which will see young cricketers combine their studies with the training and coaching of a professional cricketer.

The Luton Steelbacks Head Coach has provided an update on how the programme is going so far and how much talent has already been found.
