The ECB have confirmed fixtures for the 2025 Vitality Blast for both Men’s and Women’s teams.
The 2025 Vitality Blast campaign kicks off with a trip to Headingley to face Yorkshire on Friday 30th May.
On Sunday 1st June, Northamptonshire Steelbacks Men and Women will play their first home games, facing Leicestershire Foxes Men and Women as they come to Wantage Road for a thrilling double header.
Along the course of the group stages, Wantage Road will host four Friday night fixtures against Durham, Notts Outlaws, Lancashire Lightning and Derbyshire Falcons, as well as two double headers with our Tier 2 Women’s side against Leicestershire Foxes and Worcestershire Rapids.
Four our new Tier 2 Steelbacks Women, they will face Worcestershire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire in the North Group of the Vitality Blast Women’s League 2. The newly established side, under the leadership of David Ripley, will play 8 games home and away from 1st June – 18th July. The top two from the group will progress to Finals Day at Wantage Road on 26th July.
