Northamptonshire County Cricket Club are pleased to announce the Club’s Academy squad for the 2025 season.
The final step in the Club’s Talent Pathway system, the Academy has seen multiple success stories, with graduates like James Sales and Raphy Weatherall impressing for the County in recent years.

Academy Director Kevin Innes was pleased with the make up of the squad.
“A huge congratulations to all the players that make up the Academy squad for 2025.
“We had a good year with a couple of lads getting rookie deals, so everyone will be working hard this year to try and replicate that.”
Over the winter the Academy players have been involved in sessions with the professional squad and Innes believes that it will put them in good stead for the season ahead.
“We’ve had a very good pre-season with some of the players training with the professional squad and that experience is brilliant for them.
“You’re learning from the best, we’ve got some great coaches in the Club who’ve really tested them.”
