Northamptonshire County Cricket Club held its annual End of Season Awards Night at The County Ground on October 1st.

Presented by headline sponsor Tollers Solicitors, the night recognised the achievements of the players throughout the season.

Saif Zaib picked up three awards on the night, winning Batter of the Season, One Day Cup Player of the Season and the Tony Kingston Sixes Award for most maximums during the 2024 campaign.

Ben Sanderson picked up two awards, claiming Bowler of the Season and the highly regarded Players’ Player of the Year.

For the second year in a row, Justin Broad took home the Frank Rudd Young Player of the Year, as well as being voted as the Media Player of the Year.

David Willey and Luke Procter, captains of the T20 and County Championship sides, were named Player of the Season in the respective competitions.

After a highly successful season in the Northamptonshire 2XI side, Arush Buchake was named as Academy Player of the Season.

In her final year as a player for the women’s side, Patricia Hankins was awarded the Women’s Player of the Season Award, while Gail Roberts was named Club Person of the Year.

The Club also said farewell to Gavin Warren as his tenure as Chairman came to an end after 11 seasons, with his successor Gary Hoffman now in post as of the start of the month.
