A range of support packages have been created to assist clubs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
There’s a number of funding options available to clubs.
COUNTY GRANT FUND
Aligned to the Inspiring Generations Strategy, £94,000 is available to Northamptonshire clubs in 2020 and 2021. Information around the fund will be sent directly to clubs.
ECB INTEREST FREE LOAN
With a minimum of 10% partnership funding, any ECB affiliated club can apply for between £1,000 and £50,000 depending on criteria.

SPORT ENGLAND FUNDING
Sport England funds hundreds of projects in grassroots sport every year. Small grants are available from £300 to £10,000.
MICK GEORGE FUND
Individual grants of between £500 and £1,500 are available to cricket clubs with an NN postcode.
CLUB MATTERS
Club Matters is Sport England’s one stop shop for sports clubs, groups and organisations involved in the delivery of physical activity and sport.
Club Matters provides free, convenient, practical resources to help organisations to develop, grow, and become more sustainable and successful.
DEVELOPMENT PLANS
A Development Plan is an excellent tool which can give a real strategic focus to your club. This will help you to successfully work towards your club’s short and longer term goals

ECB Clubmark is an accreditation scheme for cricket clubs and shows that the club is sustainable, well run and provides the right environment for its members.
Clubmark accreditation also means the club is recognised as a safe, rewarding and fulfilling place for participants of all ages, as well as assuring parents and carers that they are choosing the right option for their young people.
