FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where can I see the list of T20 fixtures?

The Steelbacks play 7 home games at The County Ground this year.

You’ll find outr home fixtures here or a complete fixture list for other season including home and away games here.

How much are tickets, and will they get more expensive?

Our Vitality Blast General Admission prices for 2021 are as follows:

Adult: £25
Junior (17 years of age and under): £10

Don’t worry, our Vitality Blast prices are locked in and you will not see a price increase across different waves of ticket releases. Each wave of tickets released only affects the priority access level you have, should we have to apply our Rollback policy.

For example, a ticket purchased in the second wave would would voided and that seat made unavailable before a ticket purchased in the first wave.

Will I be able to buy tickets on the gate?

At this stage we do not plan to have gate tickets available for purchase and all supporters will be required to purchase their tickets in advance of the fixture.

Can I buy a T20 Season Ticket?

Our Season Tickets are available to order online now, however we have a capped number of T20 Season Tickets for the upcoming season. Season Ticket Holders will receive the highest priority access to fixtures and will have the best chance to view live Vitality Blast action this summer.

How many tickets can I buy?

At this stage, each supporter may purchase up to six tickets per match in a single transaction.

Tickets purchased in a single transaction will be placed together as a bubble. If your party size exceeds six and you purchase multiple tickets across multiple transactions, there is no guarantee you will be allocated seats near to each other.

I have a favourite seat; can I choose where I sit?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide any guarantees or guidance around where your seat will be allocated. Due to the ever-changing situation and possibility of reduced crowds and social distancing, we are unable to take any requests.

Anyone wishing to purchase tickets should only complete their transaction on the understanding that their seat will be automatically allocated to them.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes, but only if they are in your bubble and tickets are purchased within the same transaction.

Tickets purchased across multiple transactions will not be grouped together and could face the possibility of being in different parts of the ground.

Does everyone in my party have to be in the same bubble?

All supporters entering The County Ground will be expected to adhere to the latest government guidelines and restrictions. We therefore ask supporters to have this in the forefront of their mind when going through the booking process.

Supporters found to be breaking government guidelines and restrictions at the time of the fixture may be asked to leave the ground.

Am I covered if the game doesn’t go ahead because of COVID-19 restrictions?

Yes, we want our supporters to book with peace of mind and therefore, all ticket purchasers will be covered by our COVID-19 guarantee and Rollback Policy, for more information on policy please click here.

What will happen if there is a restriction on ground capacity?

In the event restrictions are placed on the total capacity of The County Ground we will apply our Rollback Policy; this provides priority access levels based on our ticket waves.

Priority will first be given to our Season Ticket Holders and Life Members, any additional tickets will be made available to our general admission waves, beginning with wave 1. When we reach our capacity all ticket purchasers who purchased in waves that are not eligible for entry to a fixture will be given the opportunity to exchange their tickets for a future game or a full refund to the face value of the tickets.

If we reach capacity midway through a wave then that wave only will have the remaining tickets applied to purchasers within that wave by way of a ballot.

When will I find out if I can attend the fixture, I have tickets for?

There is a possibility that you will receive a short amount of notice ahead of the fixture due to the evolving situation we currently face. Whilst we cannot provide exact timelines at this stage, we will work with all of our supporters to make this process as smooth and easy as possible.

The capacity for any given fixture will be assigned by various third parties, including the local Safety Advisory Group (SAG), in line with guidance provided by the Sports Ground Safety Authority and UK Government. We hope supporters understand these decisions are out of the control of the Club and are not something we have influence over.

How will I be contacted with updates?

It is more important than ever that we have the correct contact details for all of our ticket purchasers. Due to the likely timelines and to keep you as up to date as possible, all ticket purchasers will be contacted via email.

Any purchasers who do not supply us with a correct email address may risk missing out, so please check this when going through our booking process.

If I am successful, when will I receive my tickets?

All tickets are initially sold on an unallocated basis and once we have final capacity numbers, we will contact you via email with your e-ticket for the fixture. At this time you will be allocated a seat with the other tickets purchased within your transaction.

How do I book accessibility seating?

In order to purchase accessibility seats, we ask that you contact the club directly on info@nccc.co.uk and one of our team will be happy to help you in your booking.

It is important accessibility tickets are purchased directly with the club rather than online to enable us to allocate tickets for support workers as required.

Is the ticket office open?

At this stage, the ground remains closed to the general public, in line with the latest government advice. The best way to get in contact with us is via email to; info@nccc.co.uk or through our contact form.

We hope to be able to open further as we move through the season and will update our website with the latest news when this can happen.

OUR COVID-19 POLICIES

What is your COVID-19 Policy for General Admission Tickets?

The club encourages supporters to purchase match tickets with confidence, in the knowledge they are covered with our COVID-19 Guarantee.

This information provided is intended to ensure fans are fully aware of the options available to them, should they not be able to use their ticket because of restrictions due to COVID-19.

Should the club be forced to have matches played behind closed doors, then any match ticket purchasers affected by this will be offered the option of exchanging their tickets for a future match in the same season and subject to availability.

Purchasers will also be offered the opportunity to receive a full refund on any match tickets purchased for fixtures affected by COVID-19.

The club will release General Admission match tickets for in a series of waves, with a limited amount of tickets available in each wave. This will formulate the structure for the Club’s rollback strategy.

In the event of reduced capacities, the club will roll back tickets wave by wave, offering customers that fall into each wave the option for a full refund or to exchange their ticket for a future fixture, subject to availability.

For example:

Season Tickets Holders and Life Members are essentially Wave 0 and receive priority access to ALL fixtures.

Wave 1: The first release of General Admission tickets for each fixture. These supporters will receive priority access to general admission tickets purchased for a selected fixture and will be the last people to roll back.

Wave 2: In the event we need to roll back due to restrictions on capacity, supporters who buy in Wave 2 will have their tickets refunded or exchanged before supporters in Wave 1.

Wave 3: In the event we need to roll back due to restrictions on capacity, supporters who buy in Wave 3 will have their tickets refunded or exchanged before supporters in Wave 2, and so on.

Should the capacity limit number fall within a wave, then ticket purchasers within the relevant wave will be allocated tickets on a ballot system. The Club will then of course once again offer ticket purchasers who were not successful the option to refund or exchange for a future fixture.

In 2021 all tickets, regardless of the wave they are bought in or if they are claimed by a Season Ticket Holder, will have an allocated seat. Initially all General Admission tickets purchased will be unallocated and we will allocate seats nearer the fixture date and when we have a confirmed capacity for the relevant feature.

Any questions around our COVID-19 Policy or the General Admission Wave system, please email info@nccc.co.uk or use our online contact form.

What is your COVID-19 Policy for Season Tickets?

We are committed to ensuring that our Season Ticket Holders are never left short or out of pocket.

As Season Tickets relate to multiple matches across the course of the year, in the event there are disruptions to crowd attendance we will wait until the end of the season before presenting options to Season Ticket Holders.

If disruptions occur, we will be in touch with affected Season Ticket Holders following the season. You will not need to contact the Club.
